Get Yoshi and take the island manhole tunnel to get to the south island with the Pianta and the fruit basket (the boat takes longer). The problem is, Yoshi can't swim, and it is way too far to flutter. Orange Goo is blocking the pipe on the island to the east. Make sure you have plenty of lives before you attempt this one, since it is most likely the hardest mini-game in the game and it is a pain to get back to after getting a game over.
